Introduction

Armada Parent, Inc. (“Company” or “We” or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy is applicable to Armada Parent, Inc. and its five operating units – IMIA LLC, Main Industries, Inc., Advanced Marine Preservation, LLC, American Scaffold, LLC, and Craft and Technical Solutions LLC. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit one of our websites – www.armadainc.com, www.imiallc.com, www.mainindustries.com, www.gotoamp.com, www.americanscaffold.com, and www.craftandtechllc.com (our “Websites”), interact with one of our operating units as a customer, vendor, employee, or applicant, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies to information we collect:

• On our Websites.
• In email and other electronic messages between you and our Websites.
• Offline such as on our physical properties, call centers or by telephone, at conferences, or otherwise. 

It does not apply to information collected by:

• Any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from or through the Websites.

Children

Our Websites are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on our Websites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on our Websites or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Websites and our customers, vendors, employees, and applicants, including information:

• By which you or your household may be identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, social security number, or driver’s license number;
• About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Websites, and usage details (collectively, “personal information”).

We collect this information:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us.
• Automatically as you navigate through the site. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies.
• From third parties, for example, our business partners, including background check providers and referral sources for job candidates.
• From employers using our staffing services.  

Information You Provide to Us  

The information we collect on or through our Websites may include:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Websites. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Websites, requesting services, applying for a job, or providing feedback on a job assignment. This information may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, company name, job title, contact preferences, emergency contact, password, username, company name, birthdate, resume, and social security number, education, employment history, skills, criminal history, race, sex, veteran status, and participation in government benefit programs or vocational rehabilitation programs. 
• Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us through email. 
• Information collected as a result of the employment relationship, such as tax forms, financial information, and medical information.

Our customers, vendors, employees, and applicants may also provide information through offline mechanisms such as service order forms, company phone lines, or paper job applications. 

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of our Websites (“User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. We cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Any information, communications, or material of any type or nature that you submit to us through a third-party website including, but not limited to, any of our Websites or accounts contained on a social media platform or website such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter, whether by e-mail, posting, messaging, uploading, downloading, or otherwise (collectively, a “Submission”), is done at your own risk and without any expectation of privacy. By visiting any website that is contained on a social media platform and/or website, you are representing and warranting to us that you have reviewed the applicable social media platform’s or website’s privacy policy and terms of use and that you will abide by all such provisions contained therein. We cannot control the actions of the providers or the other users of any social media platform or website and we are therefore not responsible for any content or Submissions contained on such websites or platforms. We do not guarantee the privacy and safety of these areas. We encourage you to be wary of providing any of your personal information in such public forums. The information you submit can be collected and used by people you do not know. Again, your use of these features and your Submissions are fully at your own risk.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies  

As you navigate through and interact with our Websites, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

• Details of your visits to our Websites, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on our Websites.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information: 

• Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Company to promote our services, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions, or click “unsubscribe” in the relevant communication. Please note that, even if you unsubscribe from certain email correspondences, we may still need to email you with information relating to important transactional or administrative information.

Data Security and Retention

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The Company’s data security measures incorporate elements of the NIST SP 800-171 guidelines and ISO 27001 standard. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Websites. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Websites. 

We retain your information for as long as needed: (i) to conduct business with you; (ii) as needed 

for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy; and (iii) as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce any agreements.

If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law. California residents have the right to be informed of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about them, including sensitive personal information, collected, used, and disclosed, the categories of sources from which that information is collected, whether that information is sold or shared, the categories of third parties to whom that information has been disclosed, the business or commercial purposes for collecting and using each category of personal information, and the intended retention period for each category of personal information.
