This information may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, company name, job title, contact preferences, emergency contact, password, username, company name, birthdate, resume, and social security number, education, employment history, skills, criminal history, race, sex, veteran status, and participation in government benefit programs or vocational rehabilitation programs.
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us through email.
- Information collected as a result of the employment relationship, such as tax forms, financial information, and medical information.
Our customers, vendors, employees, and applicants may also provide information through offline mechanisms such as service order forms, company phone lines, or paper job applications.
You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of our Websites (“User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. We cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

Data Security and Retention
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The Company’s data security measures incorporate elements of the NIST SP 800-171 guidelines and ISO 27001 standard.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Websites. Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about consumers. We also do not disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those specified in section 7027(m) of the CCPA regulations promulgated by the California Privacy Protection Agency. Therefore, we do not offer consumers the option to limit the use of their sensitive personal information.

We do not sell your personal information, or share personal information in a manner that would be deemed a “sale,” as defined by the CCPA.
We have no actual knowledge of selling the personal information or the sensitive personal information of minors under 18 years of age.

Requesters will need to provide us with personal information in order to verify their identity and residency, including name, email address, and state of residence. We will compare the information you provide with our internal records. The personal information that we use to verify identity and residency will not be used for any other purpose.
You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf if you provide the authorized agent with written permission signed by you. We may require you to verify your identity directly with us and confirm that you provided the authorized agent with permission to submit a request on your behalf.
